ScreenMeet Joins Talkdesk’s AppConnect as Launch Partner

ScreenMeet is proud to announce availability as one of Talkdesk’s launch partners for AppConnect, the first enterprise app store. Talkdesk, the world’s leading cloud-based contact center software announced AppConnect today at Opentalk, their annual thought leadership event in San Francisco.

AppConnect is now available for all Talkdesk customers, with an initial offering of 16 apps, including ScreenMeet, a cobrowsing and remote support solution that just works on any device. Starting today, Talkdesk admins can integrate ScreenMeet’s capabilities to their contact center with just a single click. Like all AppConnect tools, ScreenMeet is available as a free trial with a pay-as-you-go system in place after the trial.

Screenmeet works on all platforms such as Windows, MAC, Android and iOS and makes it easy for support staff to get to full co-browsing and remote control mode, enabling enhanced service and support experiences. ScreenMeet is a secure and encrypted solution that works through corporate firewalls and with Single Page Web Apps (SPAs). The new ScreenMeet functionality includes:


  •     Instant cobrowsing on all platforms including mobile devices
  •     Remote control of remote devices
  •     SDK for 3rd party Apps to integrate directly into iOS and Android
