New Book Teaches About “Finding Your Inner Resilience”

Inspired by their own life experiences, sisters-in-law and authors Theodora Zourkas and Kate Zourkas wrote “Finding Your Inner Resilience: Learn How You Can Survive, Grow, and Glow through Challenges and Life Experiences” (published by Balboa Press AU) to inspire others to survive and learn from life struggles.

Designed to support readers in a practical and meaningful way, the authors share their stories, learnings and the “The Four Resilience Codes” that helped them overcome their personal challenges. The book provides resilience-building activities and offers tips on how to move from reaction to action when faced with stressful situations. The authors aim to help readers better manage challenges and changes they may face, and improve their mental well-being, self-leadership, inner strength, stress management and adaptability.
